The available Qualex subscription plans are designed to meet a wide range of needs and vary in terms of the total time of access to the database content, the initial number of licences, the availability of advanced legal tools and features such as Flow of Legal Procedures and Personalized Notifications. How is access to the Qualex database charged?
Browsing and searching Qualex is free; such usage is calculated based on the access time offered under the subscription plan chosen by the user concerned. Access to Qualex's chargeable content categories is charged per minute of access. You can view your usage volume at any time under "My Account". Qualex has in place a system to automatically pause time-based charging when inactive, to protect users from overcharging.
Can I upgrade my subscription to another plan with more advantageous access costs?
Yes, with the extra advantage of having your remaining balance added to your new subscription, which will be renewed for 12 months. To upgrade your subscription, please contact the customer service department of Nomiki Bibliothiki. In the alternative, you can visit any of the Nomiki Bibliothiki branches, or proceed to an online purchase on the Qualex website.
Are my remaining hours, if any, as per my subscription plan carried forward after the lapse of 12 months?
The available subscriptions provide access to Qualex for a specific number of hours - depending on the plan chosen - within a period of 12 months. After the lapse of this 12-month period, the remaining balance, if any, is not carried forward to subsequent periods.
Can I renew or upgrade my subscription during the year?
You have several options in order to continue without interruption: you can either renew your current subscription or select one of the available time extension plans. In any case, you will be notified in advance, upon consumption of your usage time as per your subscription, so that you can opt for the solution that best suits your needs.
What is the time-based cost?
The time-based cost depends on the subscription plan you have chosen. The higher the number of hours offered under each plan, the lower the hourly usage cost.
Can I monitor the usage of my subscription?
You most certainly can. By selecting My Account -> Remaining Balance, you can monitor the available remaining balance for your account, the volume of usage per user, the time period and content category, as well as the relevant cost.
How can I renew my subscription?
Before the end of your subscription (15 days), we will send a relevant reminder, including the available renewal options, to the contact details provided upon activation. You can renew your subscription through the customer service department, the branches of Nomiki Bibliothiki, or online on the Qualex website using your credit card.
Can I get additional licences to use my subscription at a time?
Yes, you can get additional licences to use your subscription at a time, in addition to those provided free of charge based on the plan you have chosen. For such additional licences, please contact the customer service department of Nomiki Bibliothiki.
How can I subscribe to Qualex and what are the available payment methods?
You can subscribe either online on the Qualex website, or at one of the Nomiki Bibliothiki
