Qualex.01 allows access to the full text, from the original sources, of over 15,000 administrative documents (circulars, decisions, opinions and directives of independent authorities, decisions of the Dispute Resolution Directorate and the Authority for the Review of Preliminary Appeals, Opinions of the State Legal Council, Reports on the processing of Presidential Decrees by the Council of State, documents and decisions of Social Security Institutions etc.), which have been adequately linked to the remaining content of the database.
